Delete from server: This option can be set to one of three settings and is VERY IMPORTANT. The way in which you are going to use your @my-iPhone email account will determine the setting used:
If you are going to use your iPhone to fully manage your @my-iPhone email account then select 'When removed from Inbox'. When you delete a message on you iPhone it will also delete it from the server.
If you are going to use another mail application to manage your @my-iPhone email account, such as Outlook Mac Mail or the SiteMail webmail service, then select 'Never'. Even if you delete an email from your iPhone it will remain on our email server. NOTE: Your Inbox may fill up if you do not delete email from the @my-iPhone server inbox.
